Section 58030 - Penalties(a) As provided by ordinance of the township, the shade tree commission may assess penalties for the violation of its regulations and this article relating to shade trees. Any penalty assessed shall be a lien upon the real estate of the offender and may be collected as a municipal claim.(b) All penalties or assessments imposed under this article shall be paid to the township treasurer to be kept in a separate fund and utilized only for the purposes authorized by this article.1931, June 24, P.L. 1206, art.
