Section 991.2143 - Complaint resolution

Nothing in this subarticle shall prevent the department or the Insurance Department from communicating with the enrollee, the health care provider or the managed care plan as appropriate to assist in the resolution of a complaint. Such communication may occur at any time during the complaint process.
