Section 1331.14 - Department investigation(a)Authority to investigate.--The department is authorized to investigate violations of this act.(b)Right of entry.--For the purposes of enforcing this act, the department shall have the power to enter any building or structure housing boilers or unfired pressure vessels. No person shall hinder, delay or interfere with the department in the performance of its duty nor refuse information necessary to determine whether the provisions of this act have been or will be complied with.Added by P.L. 1149 2013 No. 104, § 3, eff. 5/26/2014.
