Section 700j-902 - Appeals from special orders

Any person aggrieved by an order of the board in which the board refuses to issue, reissue or transfer, or revokes or suspends, a license to operate as a milk dealer, or by any other order of the board applying only to a particular person or persons named therein and not otherwise specifically provided for, may file an appeal therefrom.
