Section 700j-307 - Adoption of rules, regulations and orders

Subject to the approval of the Governor, where such approval is hereinafter expressly required, the board shall adopt and enforce all rules, regulations and orders necessary or appropriate to carry out the provisions of this act and not inconsistent with law.
