Section 700j-303 - Official seal; evidence

The board may, for the authentication of its records, process and proceedings adopt, keep and use a common seal, of which seal judicial notice shall be taken in all courts of this Commonwealth; and any process, writ, notice or other document which the board may be authorized by law to issue, shall be deemed sufficient if signed by the chairman or secretary of the board and authenticated by such seal.
