Section 475C.245 - Other prohibitions(1) A person may not make false representations or statements to the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission in order to induce or prevent action by the commission.(2) A licensee may not maintain a noisy, lewd, disorderly or insanitary establishment or supply impure or otherwise deleterious marijuana items.(3) A licensee may not misrepresent to a customer or to the public any marijuana items.
