Section 475C.241 - Prohibition against certain licensees possessing mature marijuana plants(1) Except for a marijuana producer that holds a license issued under ORS 475C. 065 or licensee representative of a marijuana producer that holds a license issued under ORS 475C. 065, a licensee or licensee representative may not possess a mature marijuana plant.(2) A licensee or licensee representative may not sell a mature marijuana plant.
