Rule 1 - Scope and Authority of Rules

The Rules for Management of County Law Libraries shall apply to county law libraries in counties having a population of less than three hundred thousand (300,000). 20 O.S.Supp.1995 1201 , 1202; 20 O.S.Supp.1997 § 1227 . Nothing in these Rules shall be construed to limit the authority of the Supreme Court or Chief Justice thereof to act in a particular circumstance. Okla.Const. Art. 7 § 5.
