Section 5103.615 - [Effective Until 1/1/2025] Suspension or revocation of family preservation center certification

The director of job and family services may suspend or revoke a family preservation center's certificate pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code if the center violates or fails to comply with section 5103.614 of the Revised Code or any of the rules adopted under section 5103.617 of the Revised Code.
