Section 5103.614 - Family preservation center operational requirementsA certified family preservation center shall do the following:
(A) Obtain and maintain accreditation under the commission on accreditation of rehabilitation facilities, the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations, or the council on accreditation for children and family services; (B) Obtain and maintain certification by the Ohio department of mental health and addiction services; (C) Provide family preservation programs informed by evidence-based or promising practices, including all of the following: (1) Family case management; (2) Service referral and linkage; (4) Trauma screening and healing-centered interventions.Added by 134th General Assembly File No. TBD, HB 265,§1, eff. 6/13/2022.
