Section 9-8-11 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Advisory committeesA. The governor shall appoint advisory committees to the department's income support division. Creation of the advisory committees shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Executive Reorganization Act [9-1-1 to 9-1-10 NMSA 1978]. If the existence of a committee, representational membership requirements or other matters are required or specified under any federal law, regulation, rule or order as a condition of receiving federal funding for a particular program administered by the department, the governor shall comply with those requirements in the creation of the advisory committee.B.
