Section 61-32-26 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2029] Fund establishedA. There is created in the state treasury the "funeral services fund".B. All fees and costs received or collected by the board or the department pursuant to provisions of the Funeral Services Act shall be deposited with the state treasurer for credit to the funeral services fund. The state treasurer shall invest the fund as other state funds are invested. All balances in the fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the fund and shall not revert to the general fund.C.
