N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564:8
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
A trustee appointed by will or by the judge in pursuance of this chapter may, upon request in writing to the judge, be permitted to resign the trust if the judge thinks it expedient.
