N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564:7
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
Any person appointed a trustee who shall neglect or refuse to give bond when required shall be considered as having declined the acceptance of the trust.
