N.H. Rev. Stat. § 211:43
Current through the 2024 Legislative
The word "resident" as used in this subdivision when applied to a corporation shall mean a corporation organized under the laws of this state. The word "nonresident" as used in this subdivision when applied to a corporation shall mean a corporation organized under the laws of another state.
