N.H. Rev. Stat. § 211:42
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
The provisions of this subdivision relative to taking marine species shall not apply to transportation of marine species in interstate commerce where shipment originated outside the state and is consigned outside the state.
