N.H. Rev. Stat. § 126-A:48
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
All payments, except for educational payments made pursuant to RSA 126-A:39, made by or with respect to a patient at any institution named in RSA 126-A:34, which furnished medical services shall conclusively be deemed to be made on account of medical services.
