N.H. Rev. Stat. § 126-A:47
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
The superintendent of such institutions shall forward forthwith to the commissioner any change in population at such institutions, any change affecting the rates charged patients or residents, and any other changes affecting expenses incurred by a patient or resident.
