Section 633.4258 - Renewal of simultaneous license to practice as anesthesiologist assistant issued by Board of Medical Examiners: Application; feesA person applying to renew an anesthesiologist assistant license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who wishes to hold a simultaneous anesthesiologist assistant license pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS must:
1. Indicate in the application that he or she wishes to hold a simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS;2. Apply: (a) To renew an anesthesiologist assistant license to the Board pursuant to this chapter; and(b) For an anesthesiologist assistant license to the Board of Medical Examiners pursuant to chapter 630 of NRS; and3. Pay all applicable fees, including, without limitation:(a) The fee for initial simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 633.501; and(b) The application and initial simultaneous license fee for an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 630.268.Added to NRS by 2023, 1568Added by 2023, Ch. 247,§55, eff. 1/1/2024.
