Section 633.4256 - Simultaneous license to practice as anesthesiologist assistant issued by Board of Medical Examiners: Application; feesA person applying for a license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS must:
1. Indicate in the application that he or she wishes to hold a simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS;2. Apply for a license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant to: (a) The Board pursuant to this chapter; and(b) The Board of Medical Examiners pursuant to chapter 630 of NRS; and3. Pay all applicable fees, including, without limitation:(a) The application and initial simultaneous license fee for an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 633.501; and(b) The fee for application for and issuance of a simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 630.268.Added to NRS by 2023, 1568Added by 2023, Ch. 247,§54, eff. 1/1/2024.
