Section 612.290 - Advance to Unemployment Compensation Fund; application1. The Administrator is authorized and directed to apply for an advance to the Unemployment Compensation Fund and to accept such advance in accordance with the conditions specified in Title XII of the Social Security Act, as amended.2.
