Section 612.285 - Cooperation with Department of Labor In the administration of this chapter the Administrator shall:
1. Cooperate to the fullest extent consistent with the provisions of this chapter with the Department of Labor.2. Make such reports, in such form and containing such information as the Department of Labor may from time to time require.3. Comply with such provisions as the Department of Labor may from time to time find necessary to assure the correctness and verification of such reports.4.
