Section 50-32-404 - Loss, theft, or other discrepancy to be reported(1) The theft or loss of a substance regulated in accordance with 50-32-401 must be reported to the department of justice within 3 days after the theft or loss is discovered.(2) Any difference between the quantity received of any substance regulated as provided in 50-32-401 and the quantity shipped must be reported to the department of justice within 3 days of the discovery of the discrepancy.(3) A report made pursuant to this section shall also include the name of the common carrier or person who transported the substance and the date of shipment.En.
