Section 5-1-204 - Federal facilities

The center shall request from each federal correctional facility located in Montana a report that includes the information listed in 5-1-203(1).

§ 5-1-204, MCA

Added by Laws 2023, Ch. 233,Sec. 4, eff. 7/1/2023, and applicable to local election districts based on population whose boundaries are created or altered on or after the date when the redistricting data for the 2030 census is available.
