Section 37-7-1514 - Report to legislatureThe board shall provide a report to the children, families, health, and human services interim committee and to the economic affairs interim committee in accordance with 5-11-210, including but not limited to information on:
(1) the cost of establishing and maintaining the registry;(2) any grants, gifts, or donations received to assist in establishing and maintaining the registry;(3) how registry information was used; and(4) how quickly the board was able to answer requests for information from the registry.Amended by Laws 2021, Ch. 261,Sec. 69, eff. 4/20/2021.En.
