Section 33-17-1004 - Acting without license

In addition to the requirements and penalties described in 33-17-201 and 33-17-411, a person who, in this state, acts without having authority to do so by virtue of a license issued and in force pursuant to this chapter is subject to the provisions of 33-1-317 and 33-1-318.
