Section 65-3-71.49 - "John McPherson Highway" designated(1) That portion of U.S. Highway 82 beginning at the Carroll County line and extending easterly to the City of Winona shall be known as the "John McPherson Highway."(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching that portion of U.S. Highway 82 described in subsection (1) of this section.
