Section 65-3-71.311 - "Judge Marcus D. Gordon Memorial Highway" designated(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 15 in Newton County, Mississippi, beginning at the southern corporate limits of the City of Union and extending northward for one (1) mile, is designated as the "Judge Marcus D. Gordon Memorial Highway."(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2020, ch. 375, SB 2195,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2020.
