Section 65-3-71.310 - "Mayor Johnny Biggs Memorial Highway" designated(1) That portion of United States Highway 72 within the corporate limits of the City of Iuka, Tishomingo County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the "Mayor Johnny Biggs Memorial Highway."(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the portion of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2019, ch. 424, SB 2898,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2019.
