Section 47-5-729 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2025] Establishment and quarterly certification or alteration of operating capacitiesThe Commissioner of Corrections shall within thirty (30) days after April 10, 1985, establish the operating capacities of the prison system, and shall at least quarterly certify existing operating capacities or establish changed or new operating capacities.
