Section 47-5-727 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2025] Advancement of parole eligibility date to be independent of other adjustmentsAdvancement of parole eligibility dates under Sections 47-5-701 through 47-5-729 shall occur independently of all other adjustments of the parole eligibility dates, such as advancing the parole eligibility dates as a result of receiving earned time allowances.
