Section 4:148.1 - Jockeys; riding engagements contracted by same agent; number of riders limited per raceA. No jockey agent shall contract with a racing association for more than two riders to start in any one race, except stake races, who are under contract to the same jockey agent. As used herein, "jockey agent" shall mean any person who contracts engagements for a rider or riders.B.
