§ 141g. Expenses for members

The members of the Committee shall receive the per diems and travel expenses provided by law to the Legislature when they attend the meetings of the Committee or conduct any official business of the Committee, as a group or individually. The Co-Chairpersons of the Committee shall issue the pertinent certification in each case.

The persons that form the working groups to perform the reviewing task may receive a per diem when they attend sessions or meetings of the Committee, within the available resources and subject to the regulations adopted to such effect and to the regulations that are applicable. They shall also be entitled to be paid for travel expenses and be reimbursed for the necessary expenses they incur in the performance of their official business, subject to applicable regulations.
