The Committee is hereby empowered to adopt the rules and regulations needed to fulfill the purposes of this chapter, and for its internal operations. It shall meet as many times as it is summoned by its co-chairpersons, or by an absolute majority of the members, through a written notice signed by them. However, the Committee shall meet at least once a month.
