The Endowment Fund shall hold regular meetings at least every two (2) months, as well as such others as the Executive Director may deem necessary. Five (5) members shall constitute a quorum for Endowment Fund meetings. Agreements shall be adopted by the majority of members attending, among which the Endowment Fund’s Executive Director must be present.
