§ 671c. Executive Director

The Executive Director of the Endowment Fund shall be the Superintendent of the Capitol, who shall serve as the chief executive officer and have such powers delegated on him/her by the Board through regulations in matters pertaining to the Endowment Fund’s administration. The Superintendent shall also be responsible for ensuring that tasks related to the Endowment Fund’s operation are carried out.

The Executive Director may, with the consent of and subject to the norms set forth by the Board, establish such operational structure as necessary for the Endowment Fund, outfit a physical space to operate the same, and request the assignment of Legislative Assembly officials to discharge such functions. The Superintendent shall also have the authority, with the consent of and subject to the norms set forth by the Board, to appoint a Bid Board to manage the specific business of the Endowment Fund.
