The Puerto Rico Planning Board shall be the agency in charge of overseeing the endeavors and development of the Multi-sector Coalition, the result of the Comprehensive Sustainable Strategic Development Plan (PIDES-PR, Spanish acronym) and shall prepare an annual report including, but not limited to, the following:
(1) Infrastructure agency strategies and work plans;
(2) Goals attained and/or difficulties encountered; and
(3) Recommendations that result in the benefit of the public policy of this chapter.
