All those laws, rules, regulations and orders applicable to the Economic Stabilization Administration not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, as well as with §§ 501-519 of Title 17, shall continue in effect, and it shall be understood, that from the effectiveness of this chapter they are related and refer to the Consumers Service Administration, and to its Director who shall be, for all purposes, the legal successor of the former administrator of the Economic Stabilization Administration.
