§ 1002. Transfer of functions, powers, duties and property of other organizations

There are hereby transferred to the Consumers Service Administration all the functions, powers and duties of the Economic Stabilization Administration, as well as the property, records, outstanding balances of appropriations, items or other funds in the possession and under the custody of said Administration.

Likewise, all powers and faculties conferred on the Construction Officer created by virtue of §§ 501—509 of Title 17, are hereby transferred to the Consumers Service Administration and the Office of the Construction Officer shall form a part of the Consumers Service Administration with all its records, documents and outstanding balances.
