§ 200. Nonconforming uses

On and after the effective date of such regulations as may be adopted for airport zones the Permit Management Office shall be under obligation to issue certificates for such nonconforming uses, buildings, and structures as may be lawful, whenever they are requested of him, in accordance with the bylaws established by him. There shall be clearly set forth in nonconformity certificates the nature and extent of the nonconformity and, also, all the particulars in relation with which an exiting building, structure, or appurtenance is not in conformity with the regulations adopted and promulgated.

Each party interested in the use of a building or structure which is located within the boundaries of airport zones established by the Board and which turns out to be characterized by a lawful nonconformity shall request in writing of the Permit Management Office the issuance of a nonconformity certificate within the period of one (1) year from and after the effective date of the regulations adopted for airport zones.
