§ 199. Factors to be considered by the Board in the implementation of regulations for airport zones

In the implementation of such regulations as the Board may adopt for airport zones, the Board shall consider, with the advice of the Department of Transportation and Public Works and the Board on Environmental Quality among other things, the nature of the flight operations to be carried out at the airport, the nature of the land within the aerial navigation hazard area, the character of the neighborhood, and the uses to which the property to be zoned is devoted or can be adapted.
