(a) PR Road 116, which extends from Lajas to Guánica, is hereby designated as the Manuel “Pito” Pagán Ramírez Avenue.
(b) The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works shall post a road nameplate in PR Road 116 pursuant to the provisions of this section.
