(a) The Multiple Use Center of Barrio Piletas of the Municipality of Lares is hereby named after Mr. Odilio González, known as “ El Jibarito de Lares ”.
(b) The Municipality of Lares shall take the necessary measures to faithfully comply with the provisions of this legislative piece, without being subject to the provisions of § 4054 of Title 21, known as the “Puerto Rico Autonomous Municipalities Act”.
