(a) To order the Buildings and Public Roads Designating Committee of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to name State Highway No. 851 of Barrio La Gloria, in the Trujillo Alto municipality, after Reverend Erasmo Ocasio-Adorno.
(b) The Buildings and Public Roads Designating Committee of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, jointly with the Department of Transportation and Public Works, shall hereby take the necessary steps for the corresponding signalization and implementation [of] the provisions of this section.
