(a) To designate the sports and recreational facilities located in Barrio Tortugo, of San Juan Municipality, with the name of the distinguished lady “Doña Eneida Ramos-Cepeda”, to acknowledge her outstanding educational, civic and social work, as well her praiseworthy initiatives aimed toward improving the quality of life of Puerto Ricans, particularly those of her community.
(b) The Buildings and Public Roads Designating Committee of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary steps to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.
