(a) The section of Road PR-1 comprised between Km. 12.6 in Río Piedras, in its intersection with Km. 0.0 of PR-3 and up to Km. 26.1, is hereby designated with the name of the renowned Puerto Rican singer Felipe “ La Voz ” Rodríguez.
(b) The Public Highways and Structures Naming Committee of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, as well as the Department of Transportation and Public Works, shall take the necessary measures in order to erect the corresponding signs and comply with the provisions of this section.
