(a) The Iglesia de la Inmaculada Concepción located at No. 18 Almodóvar Street in the municipality of Juncos, is hereby declared a historical monument.
(b) The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture and the Commonwealth Office of Historical Preservation, shall complete the corresponding federal nomination procedures as soon as possible.
(c) The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture and the Planning Board shall adopt the necessary measures to give faithful compliance to the purposes of this section.
