(a) To provide that the indoor court located next to “Parque las Flores” (Las Flores Park) at the Ensenada Ward in the Municipality of Guanica be designated as the “Cancha Juan ‘Chico’ Sanchez” (Juan “Chico” Sanchez Court).
(b) The Committee for naming Buildings and Public Roads of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall hereby take the necessary measures to see to the compliance of the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.
