§ 181. Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico—Election of the Chairman and Secretary; regulations

As soon as constituted, the Commission shall elect from among its number the Chairman and the Secretary and shall then proceed to consider and approve regulations.
